BlastWave & Knight Studios Premiere Movie Event, Featuring Catastrophe, Inc.

We’re so thrilled here at BlastWave, in partnership with Knight Studios, that we will premiere our movie Catastrophe, Inc., a gripping cyber-thriller that explores the vulnerabilities of VPNs after the daily events at RSA, on Wednesday, June 8 at AMC Metreon Theatre. We’re proud to announce it has been selected by Cannes Independent Film Festival for an award and is also a San Francisco Indie Short Festival semi-finalist.

It will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by BlastWave’s CEO, Tom Sego including CISO panelists; Melissa Knight, the film’s Executive Producer, and Alissa Knight, the film’s Director, and Keao Caindec, Co-founder and principal analyst, Farallon, and others TBA. They will discuss: 

  • the state of cybersecurity, 
  • why VPNs are dead, and 
  • how to migrate to a zero-trust, zero-everything model.
